returns & refundsShould you wish to return something to us we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days, although at times of Sale our return policy is 14 days). We can only accept returns of products that are complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and labels. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. When returning items please include the invoice and send it to: From The Source, Wards Cottage, Middlesmoor, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG3 5ST. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We do not cover the postage cost of returning an item to us except when the item returned is faulty. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. |
