terms and conditionsOrdering and Payment We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and debit card. Payments are processed by Paypal Website Payments - you will be taken to a secure page run by Paypal at the final stage of your chekout to enter your address and payment details. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card or with a Paypal account if you have one and prefer to use this payment method. All prices are in pounds sterling (£). The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus a delivery charge - see delivery. When you place an order we will send a confirmation email to indicate that we have recieved your order. If you live outside the EU please contact us before placing your order to arrange delivery. Returns Should you wish to return something to us we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days, although at times of Sale our return policy is 14 days). We can only accept returns of products that are complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and labels. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.
