Ordering and Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and debit card. Payments are processed by Paypal Website Payments - you will be taken to a secure page run by Paypal at the final stage of your chekout to enter your address and payment details. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card or with a Paypal account if you have one and prefer to use this payment method.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus a delivery charge - see delivery. Payment of your order is processed when you place your order, this does not affect your statutory rights.

When you place an order we will send a confirmation email to indicate that we have recieved your order. We will send a further email within 2 days detailing delivery and invoice information, only then does a contract exist between us, and any such contract shall be deemed to have been made in the United Kingdom. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.You have the right to cancel your order up to the time when it is dispatched, and we will refund your payment within 14 days.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order, and will notify you when your item has been dispatched by email..

All orders in the UK are sent using First Class Post using Royal Mail, and the following delivery charges apply:
£0.95: small items eg silk ipod cases
£1.95: silk scarves
£2.95: mens shirts and larger items (eg some bags)

UK Delivery is FREE on orders over £30.

Orders to countries in the EU are sent using airmail and the following delivery charges apply:
£1.95: small items eg silk ipod cases
£2.95: silk scarves
£3.95: mens shirts and larger items (eg some bags)

Delivery in the EU is FREE on orders over £30.

If you live outside the EU please contact us before placing your order to arrange delivery.

Returns

Should you wish to return something to us we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days, although at times of Sale our return policy is 14 days). We can only accept returns of products that are complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and labels. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

When returning items please include the invoice and send it to: From The Source, Wards Cottage, Middlesmoor, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG3 5ST. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We do not cover the postage cost of returning an item to us except when the item returned is faulty.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Privacy Policy

Your personal details are treated as confidential. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
