Ordering and Payment Security
We accept secure online payments by credit card and debit card, or you can also pay with Paypal. At the final stage of your checkout you can choose your payment method (pay by card/ pay using Paypal). All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Payment of your order is processed when you place your order, this does not affect your statutory rights.
When you fully comple the checkout process you will receive an automated email saying that we have received and are processing your order. We will send a further email when your order has been dispatched. Only then does a contract exist between us, and any such contract shall be deemed to have been made in the United Kingdom. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. You have the right to cancel your order up to the time when it is dispatched, and we will refund your payment within 14 days.

In order to provide you with the highest level of payment security currently possible (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 Compliant) we have teamed up with CreditCall (via Actinic Payments), whose industry proven global payment gateway securely processes millions of unique transactions each month. The benefit of using the CreditCall secure payment gateway is that we do not have to save your credit or debit card details on our website or offline database, meaning that should anyone gain unauthorised access to our systems they will not be able to acquire your credit or debit card details. CreditCall provides the very highest levels of security to ensure that sensitive information is never compromised, and their systems are fully compliant with the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). When you complete our online checkout process and choose to pay by credit or debit card, the following payment steps will apply...
(a) Your internet browser will automatically redirect you to the CreditCall secure payment gateway
(b) After you submit your card details, CreditCall will compile the transaction information (including foreign exchange details if applicable), undertake the security checks and verify the transaction
(c) Once the transaction is complete, your browser will automatically redirect you to a receipt page on our website. Finally, an e-mail will be sent to you by us confirming to you that we have received the order and are processing it.
2. Paypal Payments
When you open a PayPal account your credit/debit card and bank details are stored securely, meaning that you can then make purchases from participating websites without having to submit any sensitive financial information. PayPal provides the very highest levels of security to ensure that sensitive information is never compromised, and their systems are fully compliant with the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
When you complete our online checkout process and choose to pay by PayPal, the following payment steps will apply...
(a) When you click the 'next' button after choosing the 'PayPal' payment option on the final checkout page your internet browser will automatically redirect you to the PayPal secure payment gateway
(b) Upon reaching the PayPal secure payment gateway you will be given the option of either (i) paying by credit or debit card without signing in, or (ii) signing in to your PayPal account and then paying using your account balance or stored credit/debit card or bank details
(c) After you submit your details, PayPal will compile the transaction information (including foreign exchange details), undertake the security checks and verify the transaction
(d) Once the transaction is complete, your browser will automatically redirect you to a receipt page on our website. Finally, an e-mail will be sent to you by us confirming to you that we have received the order and are processing it.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order, and will notify you by email when your item has been dispatched. We use environmentally friendly, biodegrable packaging wherever possible.
We have two categories of delivery charge:
Small items (scarves, glasses cases etc.)
Larger items (men's shirts, bags etc.)
You will only be charged once for delivery regardless of how many items you order.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £70
Small items - £1.90
Larger items - £3.50
Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Next Day Delivery: If you require next day delivery please contact us before placing your order, we may be able to offer this for an additional charge if logistically we are able to able to dispatch your item quickly enough.
International delivery to countries in the EU
Orders to countries in the EU are sent using airmail and the following delivery charges apply:
Small items - £2.95
Larger items - £4.50
Delivery is by Airmail Small Packets.
International delivery to countries outside the EU
If you live outside the EU please contact us before placing your order for a delivery quote.
Should you wish to return something to us we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (28 days). We can only accept returns of products that are complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and labels. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.
When returning items please include the invoice and send it to: From The Source, Wards Cottage, Middlesmoor, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG3 5ST. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We do not cover the postage cost of returning an item to us except when the item returned is faulty.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Your personal details are treated as confidential. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
