From The Source specialise in design-led fair trade silk scarves for women and men, made from organically grown silk, hand-spun and hand-woven in Laos, South East Asia - a country with a great heritage of silk production and weaving. They are both exceptional examples of handmade textiles and beautiful and practical scarves - highly original, warm, breathable and strong.
Our silk scarves are woven on traditional looms, and we work directly with fair trade producers, providing skilled employment for women and supporting traditional textile techniques. Every scarf has a unique character that comes from hand-weaving.
